Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/video of the product

3. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a pickup (where service is available) 
  • Or guide you on how to ship the product back 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales (unless damaged) 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
