How do I make the purchase?

Indulging in Muvesta is effortless. Simply explore our collection, select your desired products, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with all the details.

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed? 

We understand that plans can change. You may request an update to your shipping address shortly after placing your order by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address.

How do I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email and/or SMS with complete order details, ensuring a seamless and reassuring shopping experience.

How do I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. Amount will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available, allowing you to pay at your doorstep for a seamless shopping experience.

What is your Order Processing & Shipping time?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on orders above ₹599. A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 may apply to orders below ₹599

Can I trust your Delivery Partner?

Yes, we work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered

Can I request the return, and what is the timeline for this?

Yes, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/video of the product 

What is the Return Process?

Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a pickup (where service is available)
- Or guide you on how to ship the product back
